Jacqueline Kuiper’s practice areas include, but are not limited to, enforcing creditors’ rights and remedies in state, federal and bankruptcy court, dealing with various bankruptcy issues, including objection to exemptions, analysis regarding consignment and Article 9 issues, and researching a nationwide state law query regarding property of the estate issues. Prior to joining Manty & Associates, Jacqueline worked in the banking industry negotiating and drafting business contracts. While attending law school, she also interned with Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota, Nancy Dreher, where she provided assistance for Chief Judge Dreher in connection with the bankruptcy publication entitled The Bankruptcy Law Manual.
Jacqueline's other points of interest include personal training, instructing an indoor cycling class for Lifetime Athletic Club, and travel.
