Tim Pramas is a skilled and seasoned civil trial attorney who represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of civil litigation. His practice focuses on business litigation and includes employment-related claims, contract matters, real estate litigation, enforcement of creditors’ rights, insurance coverage disputes, and workers’ compensation defense. He has successfully represented clients in trials, arbitrations, and administrative hearings in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts throughout the country. Mr. Pramas is an appointed member of the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Advisory Committee on the Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure.
