Nancy is a paralegal with Manty & Associates, P.A. and has over 20 years of experience.  Nancy has experience preparing loan agreements and related documents for refinancing, merger and acquisition, and buy-out transactions.  She communicates with various organizations during negotiations and project completions to obtain title searches, UCC financing statements, as well as other related information.  In addition, she organizes and supervises closing activities and ensures completion of post-closing matters. 

Nancy meets with clients and prepares petitions, schedules of assets and liabilities, statement of affairs and related documents for debtor representation in bankruptcy filings.  She has worked with international clients monitoring large Chapter 11 filings.  In addition, she drafts various pleadings and applications of professionals, motions for relief from stay and objections.

Nancy oversees the administration of the Chapter 7 Trustee files, including exemption analysis, negotiating settlements, drafting settlement documents and preparing administrative reports.
